Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this website and the services offered through it by Solviva Homeo Clinic, 237, 1st Floor, CP Square, TDI Airport Road, Sector 117, Mohali, Punjab 140301. By using the site, booking an appointment or engaging us for treatment, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

1. Who may use this site

You must be 18 or over to book an appointment or send us an enquiry. A parent or guardian may do so on behalf of a child, and in doing so confirms they have the authority to consent to that child’s treatment.

2. The website is not medical advice

Everything published here is general information. It is not a diagnosis, a prescription or advice for your case, and browsing the site does not make you our patient. Our Medical Disclaimer sets this out in full and forms part of these terms. Please read it.

3. Appointments

  • An appointment is confirmed when you receive a confirmation from us. A slot held in a scheduling tool but not confirmed is not a booking.
  • Please arrive, or join an online consultation, on time. We hold a slot for 15 minutes past the appointed time; after that we may need to reschedule you.
  • To cancel or reschedule, give us at least 24 hours’ notice. What this means for your fee is set out in our Refund Policy.
  • We may occasionally need to reschedule an appointment ourselves. If we do, we will offer you the earliest alternative slot or a full refund of that consultation.
  • An online consultation needs a working internet connection at your end. If a session cannot go ahead because of a problem on our side, we will reschedule it at no cost.

4. Fees and payment

The fees for consultations and treatment plans are shown on our consultation packages page. They are quoted in Indian Rupees and may change; the fee that applies is the one in force when you book.

Unless we have agreed otherwise in writing, the fee is payable before or at the consultation. A treatment plan is payable in advance and covers the consultations, medicines and support listed for that plan and no more. Charges for couriering medicines, and any investigation you are asked to have done elsewhere, are separate and are not included in the plan fee.

5. What we expect from you

Homeopathic prescribing depends entirely on the account you give us, so please:

  • give us a complete and honest history, including every conventional medicine, supplement and remedy you are taking;
  • tell us if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, and tell us about any allergy;
  • take the medicines as prescribed, keep to the review appointments, and tell us promptly if something changes or if you have a reaction;
  • continue any treatment another doctor has prescribed unless that doctor tells you otherwise;
  • seek emergency care when you need it, rather than waiting for a reply from us.

6. Medicines

Medicines are dispensed for a named patient and a particular case, after a consultation. Do not share them with anyone else, and do not continue them past the review date without speaking to us. Store them as instructed. Where medicines are dispatched to you, title and risk pass on delivery to the address you gave us; please check the consignment on arrival and tell us within 48 hours if anything is damaged, missing or wrong.

7. Our content

The text, images, photographs, logo and design of this site belong to Solviva Homeo Clinic or are used with permission. You may read, print and share pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, sell or adapt our content, or use our name or logo, without our written permission.

8. What you send us

Where you send us a review, a testimonial or a photograph, you keep ownership of it and give us permission to publish it on this site and in our materials, with your name or anonymously, as agreed with us. You confirm that what you send is your own and is true. You may withdraw that permission at any time by writing to us, and we will take it down.

9. Acceptable use

Please do not use this site to post anything unlawful, abusive, misleading or infringing; to impersonate anyone; to send spam or malware; to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it; or to scrape or copy it by automated means. We may suspend access where any of this happens.

10. Third-party services

Our booking calendar, our forms and any embedded video are provided by third parties, under their own terms. We link to other websites where they seem useful. We do not control any of these and are not responsible for them.

11. Availability

We try to keep the site available and correct, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, and we may update these terms, without notice. The version in force is the one published here.

12. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of income or profit, for loss arising from your reliance on general information published on this site rather than on a consultation, or for loss caused by the failure of a third-party service or of your own internet connection. Where we are found liable in connection with services booked through this site, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the service concerned.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of this site, from your breach of these terms, or from content you asked us to publish.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at S.A.S. Nagar (Mohali), Punjab have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, except that either of us may seek urgent relief from any court that has jurisdiction. Nothing here affects the rights available to you as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

15. General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. A delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the Medical Disclaimer, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy, are the whole agreement between us about your use of this site.
