Solviva Homeo Clinic publishes this website to explain what homeopathy is, which conditions we see, and how a consultation with us works. Please read this page before acting on anything you find here.

This website is information, not a prescription

Everything on this site (the condition pages, the case studies, the blog, the answers to frequently asked questions) is general information. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a prescription, and it is not tailored to you.

Homeopathy is prescribed on the individual, not on the label. Two people with the same diagnosis very often need two different remedies, chosen on their particular symptoms, triggers, history and constitution. That is why nothing on this site names a remedy for a condition, and why you should not self-prescribe from it.

Reading this website, filling in a form or sending us a message does not by itself create a doctor–patient relationship. That relationship begins when you consult us and we take your case.

Do not delay proper care

If you have a medical emergency, do not use this website. Call 112, or go to the nearest hospital emergency department. Chest pain, breathlessness, severe bleeding, a suspected stroke, a serious injury, a high fever in a small child, thoughts of harming yourself: all of these need immediate conventional emergency care.

Do not stop, reduce or change any medicine prescribed to you by another doctor because of something you read here. If you are already under treatment, tell us about it, and speak to your prescribing doctor before making any change. Homeopathic treatment at this clinic is intended to sit alongside the care you already receive, not to replace it.

Do not ignore or postpone advice from a qualified doctor because of anything on this website, and do not use it to delay investigations, screening or surgery that have been recommended to you.

What we do and do not claim

We practise homeopathy, one of the systems of medicine recognised in India under the Ministry of Ayush. Our clinical experience is described honestly on this site, but an honest description is not a promise.

  • We make no guarantee of cure for any condition. Nobody can.
  • Results vary from person to person, and depend on the condition, how long it has been present, other illnesses, medicines already being taken, and how closely the treatment plan is followed.
  • We do not claim that homeopathic treatment cures, prevents or diagnoses cancer, cardiac disease, diabetes, HIV/AIDS, kidney or liver failure, or any other serious or notifiable condition, and nothing on this site should be read as such a claim.
  • We do not offer emergency, surgical or intensive care, and we will tell you plainly when a condition needs a specialist rather than us.

Case studies and patient stories

The case studies and patient experiences on this site are individual accounts, published with consent and edited to protect identity. They describe what happened for one person. They are not typical results, they are not a forecast of what will happen for you, and they should not be read as evidence that a similar course of treatment will suit your case.

Consultations, online and in clinic

We consult both in clinic and online. An online consultation is convenient, but it has limits: we cannot examine you physically, and there are cases in which we will ask you to come to the clinic, arrange investigations, or see a specialist instead. A prescription is issued only after a consultation and only on the information you give us, which is why that information needs to be complete and accurate.

Homeopathic medicines dispensed by this clinic are for the named patient and the case for which they were prescribed. Please do not share them, pass them on, or continue them beyond the review date without speaking to us. Tell us if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or seeking treatment for a child, and tell us about every conventional medicine and supplement you take.

We keep this site accurate and current to the best of our ability, but medical understanding changes and errors are possible. We make no warranty that the content is complete, current or free of error, and we may change it without notice.

Where we link to another website, we do so because it seemed useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their accuracy, or their handling of your data.
