Refund Policy

Last updated: 7 September 2026

We would rather you told us when something has gone wrong than quietly wrote it off. This page explains when a consultation or a treatment plan can be cancelled, what happens to the fee, and how to ask for a refund. It applies to consultations and plans booked with Solviva Homeo Clinic, in clinic or online.

Cancelling or rescheduling an appointment

  • More than 24 hours before your appointment: cancel or reschedule at no charge. If you have paid and do not want to rebook, we refund the consultation fee in full.
  • Less than 24 hours before: we will always try first to move you to another slot at no charge. Where that is not possible and the slot cannot be filled, we may retain up to 50% of the consultation fee.
  • Missed appointment, no notice: the consultation fee is not refunded. Tell us what happened; where there was an emergency we will use our discretion and will usually reschedule you.
  • Cancelled by us: if we cancel, or cannot go ahead, you choose: the next available slot, or a full refund.
  • An online consultation that failed on our side: a connection or technical problem at our end is rescheduled free, or refunded in full if you prefer.

Consultations that have taken place

Once a consultation has happened, the fee covers the practitioner’s time, the case-taking and the prescription, and it is not refundable. Homeopathic treatment is prescribed on the individual and takes time to act; a fee cannot be refunded on the basis that the outcome was not what you hoped for. We have no way to guarantee a result, and we do not charge as though we could.

If you feel the consultation itself fell short (you were not heard, the plan was not explained, something was handled badly), write to us. We will review it, and where the fault is ours we will put it right, including by refunding the fee.

Treatment plans

Our three-month and six-month plans are paid in advance. If you decide to stop partway through:

  • Before the first consultation: full refund.
  • After treatment has started: we refund the unused portion of the plan on a pro-rata monthly basis, after deducting the consultations already held at our single-consultation rate and the cost of medicines already dispensed or dispatched.
  • In the final month of a plan: no refund, as the plan has substantially been delivered.

Plans are for the named patient and cannot be transferred to someone else. An unused plan does not expire quietly: if you need to pause treatment, tell us and we will hold it open rather than let it lapse.

Medicines

Homeopathic medicines are dispensed for one patient and one case, and cannot be resold or reissued once they have left the clinic. For that reason dispensed medicines are not returnable and not refundable, except where:

  • the consignment arrived damaged, incomplete or wrong;
  • an item was dispensed in error;
  • the medicine was past its expiry date when dispensed.

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs of the package and its contents where you can. We will replace the item at our cost or refund it, whichever you prefer. Please do not discard the packaging before we have seen it.

Courier charges are refunded only where the fault was ours.

Payments that went wrong

If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or a payment failed but still left your account, tell us with the transaction reference and we will refund the excess in full.

How to request a refund

  1. Email contact@solvivahomeo.com, or call us on +91 98761 53399, within 7 days of the appointment, delivery or payment concerned.
  2. Give us the patient’s name, the date, what you paid and how, and what went wrong.
  3. We acknowledge every request within 2 working days and tell you our decision within 7 working days.
  4. Approved refunds are paid to the account or card you paid from, within 7 to 10 working days of approval. How quickly it appears after that is up to your bank.

Refunds are made in Indian Rupees, to the original payment method. We do not refund in cash against a digital payment, and we do not pay refunds into a third party’s account.

If you are not satisfied

If you disagree with our decision, reply and ask for it to be reviewed by the clinic’s management; we will look at it again and give you a final written answer. Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Please read this policy alongside our Terms of Service.
