In person at the clinic, or online by video, chat, email or phone. The first consultation is the longest: it is where the case is taken properly.
You will receive a confirmation once the appointment is scheduled. If you need to reschedule, let the clinic know at least 24 hours ahead.
What happens next
You send a request
Tell us the condition, and whether you would prefer to be seen at the clinic or online.
We confirm a time
The clinic comes back to you with a slot, usually the same working day.
The consultation
About an hour for the first appointment. Bring any recent test results and a list of current medication.
Prescription and review date
You leave with a prescription and a date to be seen again, so progress is assessed rather than assumed.
